question about my cell insurance with at&t?

moto insurance



I have one of the old models of the moto razr v3 with at&t that i bought one year ago. In recent months, the phone itself has become really slugish and its a nightmare to text, since the phone has slow response times. Every other function goes slow as well. i haven’t mishandled the phone. I DO have insurance on this phone, is it a possibility that they could replace my phone since this is happening?

also: my at&t store doesnt provide the razr v3 anymore, is it possible they could give me a newer model?

    they should. if they don’t, just accidentally break it. you will have to pay a deductible though. i think its about $50.
