What to do about my stupid cell phone?

Ok so about a week ago i bought a new phone at the us cellular store. I got the LG UX260 also known as the rumor. Before I had the krzr and it worked fine but now tht i got this phone which is supposed to be made for texting all ive ad is trouble! the stupid keyboard thing freezes and its to the point where i cant even text on it ne more because it goes so slow. Ive decided that i think im just going to get a whole new phone but can i get my money back on this one even if i dont have the insurance? Theres another phone that im interested in and it the Moto Q . is this phone a good one? Does ne have it? Any comments would help! Thanks :-) )

    if i were you, i would just tell the store or company whats going on with it, because cell phones are a pain in the ass when they do that!
