/Sorry to say this but it seems that almost everything is public record now days. Computers are full of information on everyone and I’m sure that insurance companies have ways or researching to see if a person has an existing disease before covering them. In any case, most insurance policies you’d get through work would have a clause calling for a waiting period — in other words, not cover most existing diseases.
