It is not that easy to tell, as the insurer will need a lot more information before they will be able to quote, such as where you live, the model of motorcycle, the age of the motorcycle, how it will be used, the cover you will require, your driving experience etc.
Your best bet would be to try a price comparison site such as or an insurance broker, as they will check lots of different insurers for you and make sure that you get the best deal. It is also worth bearing in mind that sometimes the cheapest isn’t always the best when it comes to claims service, and that sometimes, where a quote appears to be good, there could be a very high excess on the policy, meaning that if you have a claim, you end up paying for most of the claim cost yourself. When you find a quote that appeals to you, it may be worth asking for a specimen policy so that you can read through exactly what you are covered for.

there is no real “average” in giving out insurance quotes because they tend to run your social which i dont think you wanna give to anyone on Yahoo LOL, anyways try a website like to view a list of companies in your area

there is no way to tell you that without a LOT more information. call your agent and have them quote it for you. if American Reliable writes in your area, thats a good company with great rates.
