Where Do I Turn For State Of The Art Prosthetics?
I was in a motorcycle accident last year and am facing a surgery soon that very possibly can leave me with one leg. If that’s the case, they will remove it at the hip, leaving me without a stump. I have insurance but the red tape is insane and that doesn’t guarantee me anything. Is there somewhere I can turn? You always hear about doctors trying “new” things on people. How do I become one of “those people”?

my brother lost his leg from a spider bite, crazy i know… this is where he got his new leg… from the hip down… it works great. they give grants under the right circumstances
