Im sure there are help hotlines you can call to help or find a free clinic that can refer you to someone who can help you free of charge. Best wishes!

Is there anyone else you can trust to talk to. Maybe try to find other means of dealing with this. Pray about it.

there are mental health clinics that provide a sliding scale fee for treatment. also, your local hospital might have a support group that you can attend free of charge.

A free method is available at emofree.com called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
I have ordered some of their instructional DVDs. If you want I can mail you copies (they allow it)…. free.

Where do you live? There are some helplines you can call, or email addresses to volunteers you can contact and talk about your problem. Search the web.
If that doesn’t help, I strongly suggest that you save money and see a doctor.
(It’s a total shame health care is not free.)

Most cities have a crisis line, try calling them. You may even try to get in to some kind of clinic. You can either find a free one or a sliding fee scale one. If they are not equipped to handle you they can help you find someone that can. Call someone and talk it out and let them help you find a solution. Good Luck and God Bless
