A 50cc is street legal but that&#039;s it&#039;s you can&#039;t take them on highways because they are generally limited to 40 to 45 miles per hour or less. Your best bet is something that is at least a 150cc. They are heavier and a lot more powerful for highway use. The best place to check for insurance is esurance.com</description>

		<description>I have progressive insurance as they were the lowest here. I would call around. Another is Dairy Land. I would  suggest that before buying the Stella look at Kymco they are priced right and rated higher than all of your Japanese brands. The people style they make as a nice classic look to them. you would want at least 150cc.</description>
