How do I connect my Razor phone to my computer using bluetooth?

What I want to do is connect my moto ravor v3 phone to my computer using Bluetooth. Then record the conversations on my computer. I can then use a mic and headphone or route back through bluetooth to a earpice to talk and listen. I am having trouble with my health insurance company on claims. I will have a recording next time of there promises. I have a brand new laptop with everythiing on it bluetooth is built in on the laptop as well.. So any suggestions on how to do this or software would be great.

    i might not instal your BT device driver on your laptop.or using another BT device like a doungle.

    turn puter Bluetooth on and SEARCH (for devices) . At same time turn phone Bluetooth on and FIND ME. Or vice a versa
