How to keep heath care insurance from being cancelled due to low hours?

Is there anyway around this? Or any suggestions? She is married but her husband cannot add her to his coverage until enrollment period which is after her due date. She’ll have to COBRA if her insurance gets canceled. Good luck. I feel for her. COBRA is really expensive. COBRA extends your insurance coverage for up to 18 months, but you have to pay the full price of the coverage (not just your premiums).
